达尔文医学与人类疾病

摘要：达尔文医学是上世纪末兴起的用进化论的观点阐释现代医学问题的学科。通过分析导致人类衰老和疾病的历史性原因，阐述进化不完善性和环境改变对人类生理的影响；正是由于这种不完善性，疾病能持久伴随生物进化的全过程，所以疾病是不可完全避免的。本文通过若干病例反思现代医学理论和实践，另也说明生活方式的改变对人类健康的深刻影响。达尔文医学为人类的健康和长寿提供了非常重要的启示。
