Parameter calculation and simulation in the mode of language competition

Abstract: To assess the competition of the languages in the same area, we set up a mathematics model. The impact factor of a language can be estimated by population expansion model. Language inheritance balance principle and inheritance probability model was set up using the Hardy-Weinberg Equilibrium principle in genetics. Language population increasing rate was calculated using two ways of phonetic changing dynamic model. The reliability of the parameters and the applicability of the language competition model were validated by simulation in Matlab program.

语言竞争模型中的参数计算及仿真

摘要:本文以同一地区的语言竞争现象作为问题背景,建立语言种类竞争数学模型。为了计算此模型的两组重要参数,本文通过对人口扩张现象的形式化建立了人口扩散数学模型计算语言的影响因子;同时引入了生物遗传学中的哈代-温伯格遗传定律,提出了基于传承概率的语言传承平衡定律和概率模型;采用音变系统动力学模型两种方式求解基于人数的语言增长率。运用Matlab软件进行仿真,验证参数可靠性和语言竞争模型的实用性。
