 Poyang CÀO clan has no genetic origin in the CÁO Cào clan

ABSTRACT: Surname CÀO has two main clans: Poyang CÀO of Jiangxi and Changshou CÀO of Chongqing. Poyang CÀO was believed to descend from Emperor CÁO Cào. However, evidence from Y chromosome does not support the association of Poyang CÀO with CÁO cào and other CÁO clans.

鄱阳操姓血缘上并非出自曹操

摘要：操姓主要有鄱阳郡操姓和重庆长寿操姓两大分支。据传，鄱阳郡操姓源自逃难的曹操后人。Y染色体调查则显示鄱阳郡操姓与曹操家族，乃至其他曹姓均无关系。
